Hate & Intolerance

Today I'm going to a peace march. It's being held in the memory of a young man named Lawrence ("Larry") King, who was shot in the head inside the classroom at his junior high this week by his classmate. The shooter - who just turned 14 - is being held on murder/hate crime charges and will be tried as an adult. Why was Larry shot in the head? Evidently because he was gay, and very open about it.
